this is a bit odd, but i seem to feel as though i am being mis-read a lot of the time.... as though my facial expressions are showing a much more intense or extreme version of whatever emotion or feeling i am attempting to convey

  • ie, i am offered an item of food i dont fancy. i think 'mm, no, not what i'd like, thanks', wrinkle my nose a little and say something like "no thinks". other person sees my face say 'good god no, thats the most revolting thing ive ever heard how on earth could you even think of offering me that, you total bastard!!'

over family boxing day, was mistaken for feeling more tired/tense/annoyed than i actually felt a disturbing number of times.

so either; i need some practical tips on how not to show such expression on my face (botox??)
or; i am so repressed that i am feeling these emotions and im the only one who doesnt know it...

btw - i do realise i talk bollox sometimes
