would be interesed to know. Just come out of ten year marriage and didn't have this and I think, this was some of the problem. Is it possible to have that feeling after years or not?

If he could still be bothered kissing me, then yeah.

I still get excited if i haven't seen him all day and i know he's about to get home, and i still think his ass is hot

Been with DH 10 years (married 2.5yrs) and still fancy him plenty! I am very lucky. Everyone told me that as soon as we got married the passion would fade. It hasn't!!!

twinsetandpearls · 29/12/2006 19:30

not married been togther four years and yes I still do, somtimes as well I just catch him looking especially handsome and I get butterflies in my stomach. I bought him a new coat for Christmas and when he tried it pn he looked so dashing I could feel my loins stirring.

We've been together 9 years. Yes and yes, but I think it's only because we've had our ups and downs. If we hadn't had times when I thought that things were going completely pear-shaped, I wouldn't be so thrilled when it all works out and we're all over each other again.
So.... I'm a masochist it seems!

I've been with dp for nearly 26 years - he is 42 and I'm 39 (living in denial about being 40 soon) I must say that dp is hotter and more sexy now than he was when he was 16.

He definitely still rocks my boat!

expatinscotland · 29/12/2006 23:07

No.

I don't believe in all that shit, tbh.

twinsetandpearls · 29/12/2006 23:48

bah humbug!

twinsetandpearls · 29/12/2006 23:51

I ahve to admit that dp never used to really make me go weak at the knees, I loved him because he is possibly the kindest, warmest most genourous person I ahve ever met but did no think that he was that attractive. Having fallen for good looking bad boys in the past I was determined not to to the same again so looked for somene I thought would make a good husband and father, his attractiveness just grew on me really - like mould!

hoolagirl · 30/12/2006 14:03

Maybe not the initial passion, still get butterflys tho and an overwhelmimg feeling of love and like for him, and still think he's a good looking sod

schneebly · 30/12/2006 14:14

no - not sure we ever had that. Our love is very deep but almost platonic I think!

Tortington · 30/12/2006 14:15
