Final hearing - CAO

I am part way through a CAO regarding dd. Ex was abusive towards me (witnessed by dd) and resulted in a non-molestation and subsequent prosecution for breach. I am over the earning threshold for Legal aid so i'm self-representing.

The final hearing is in a couple of months, he essentially wants daily contact. Would anyone be able to advise what happens at that particularly with regard to cross examination? ex has a solicitor and so i'm debating whether to get a barrister for the day.

Thanks very much

You need to repost in legal. Baby barrister or one of the others may be able to advise
