Anyone feel fearful?

I'm going through issues with child contact. Every time I get correspondence from him, I feel so fearful and almost feel bullied by him and his solicitor as though I must accept what he wants 'or else'. Anyone have any advice?

DC is not coping with time with him and there has been change in behaviour. What do I do?

Solicitors letters are difficult to read, they pack a punch! I used to get a friend to read it through for me first, then we'd gradually read it together.

You could get in touch with Women's Aid 0808 2000 247 for some support and handholding. HV and GP to get logged dc's changed behaviour.
