Hi All

Usual usual - DH left for OW after 26 years (I've other threads asking advice) however, I would really like your opinion on good books that may have helped you through this sh*t situation? To put the OW stuff into perspective? Does anyone have any? I'm fed up with chick-flick type of books and my mind isn't ready for thrillers or love stories, but maybe non-fiction healing/self help books? I could do with support and thought that might be a good way. Would love to hear your recommendations. Thanks.

"When things fall apart" by Pema Chodron was really helpful for me when my husband left. Sounds depressing but it's incredibly comforting. I also started a meditation course, which was brilliant.
