I wrote a post about how my 27 yo DS was too nice and "the nicer he is the farther they run". Got quite a lot of negative feedback from it as well as some positives or at least acknowledgements. Anyway to cut a long story short I just got back from weekend visiting him in Dublin where he has just recently moved from Brussels. He absolutely LOVES Dublin and Ireland and says he will never ever live anywhere else. I was feeling bad about feeling I was coming across as criticising women in the last post which given my life experiences is the last thing I would do. Anyway the thing I am happiest about is he has invited his sister at the end of the month to see U2 in their home town. His Dad died when he was 19 and he always felt responsible for her and I guess me as well so I am just so so happy they are now friends or something like that..
