DH just retired -
collegues threw leaving do he was apprehensive in going as he knew they were up to something. The ' something ' turned out to be a stripper.Came out wearing very skimpy bra and knicker's ( is this a stripper as she was already stripped off) She then took off all his clothes leaving on just his pant's.She sprayed him with something then waxed his chest,at this point i lost it so there may be more to it.Through out our long marriage we always worked on a look don't touch principle where other's are concerned i feel devastated he let her touch him made no attempt to stop it.My D.D thinks i'm being ridiculous my DH was very sheepish telling me has he knew i would react but, he agree's with my D.D . Would you please comment please Thank you

What's the big deal? I would say most men have been to a stripper.

It's with work colleagues and he didn't instigate it. What's he meant to do, say he thinks it's inappropriate? Go mad at his colleagues? Or perhaps just put a smile on his face and play along? Which do you think would be the least odd?

See it for what it is - bit of harmless fun. And move on.

I'd cut him some slack. He's probably already pretty embarrassed at being stripped down to his undercrackers in front of his work colleagues. They organised it, he was reticient about going. You're upset but see if you can get past it.

I wouldn't even blame him for being stripped down to his smalls. I've been at one or two stags (not my own thankfully) where the stripper is physically taking the guy's clothes off. When someone is literally pulling your clothes off, I mean technically yeah, you could resist if you were that strongly inclined, but realistically most guys will be pressurised into going along with it so as not to be seen as party poopers. One of the stags I was at where the stag was stripped down basically sat there like a mortified statue while the stripper sprayed whipped cream on his nipples. He later told me that the stripper was having a go at him for not getting more into the spirit of things.
