Hi quick question my ex has just mentioned having the children over for dinner one evening a fortnight around his shifts on top of his 3 nights a fortnight they stay over. Strangely this has only come about after is discussing his maintanence payments and if he should be paying more. Do any of you lovely people know if visiting for an evening would affect how much maintanence he should be paying

In terms of the CSA/CMS calculations, it will only make any difference if they stay overnight.

Thanks for that vim I might be reading too much into it but feels suspicious that all of a sudden he wants them more often. He's been quite happy to see me struggle since we split.
