what to do when he refuses to move out?

Dh refuses to move out until the house is sold. Does anyone know what the options are? We are just in stalemate at the moment.

I havent seen a solicitor yet as I know he will just ignore everything and bury his head in the sand which will end up costing me more money.

You need to get legal advice, can you ring round and see if you can get a free half hour appointment with a solicitor? Once the legal ball starts rolling he won't be able to ignore it so easily

Get free legal advice and do not move out.
Read enough threads on here to stay in house.
Please get some advice before you do anything else op
