Don't Want to Talk to Ex

My ex wants to talk to me about access to kids, sorting the house and serving me with a separation agreement. He has already broken his original agreement with me when he left, he also owes me £15k for a car I bought for him (because he needed it to see his effing parents!!!) and that he said he would pay me back.
The twat is a bully and can be very intimidating. Whenever I talk with him, I feel under pressure and can't think straight. I just lose it and can't keep it together.
Should I say f--k it and pay for a solicitor to deal with everything on my behalf (at a cost) and just not speak with him again?

If you agree to a legal separation I have no doubt that your h will continue to try and intimidate you as, in his eyes and maybe yours, you'll still be married to each other.

Imo this is definitely fuck him it time and you're best advised to instruct a rottweiler solicitor to commence divorce proceedings and relieve you of the necessity to communicate with the bullying twat.

Source a solicitor who specialises in divorce and family law from word of mouth recommendations, or ask on the legal board for details of shit hot lawyers in your area.

Definitely. If he's a bully, that's all he'll do, so if you can afford it, get the solicitor to deal with as much as possible and say the only contact you'll accept from him is via email or your solicitor.

Great, I'll make sure contact is kept to a minimum e.g. email or solicitor.
I have tried to keep things easy, especially for the kids, but think I need to keep away from him as he is toxic.
