To not be interested in 50 shades but want to see what Jamie Dorian was like

I really like Jamie Dornan in The Fall, I only found out a few days ago that he was in the 50 shades films.

I have read the books and no intention too but I want to watch the films now that he is in them.

Someone tell me that the film was marginally better than the book?

The film was dire. Jamie was woeful. Dont go if you like jamie. It'll ruin him for you.
