There's a chance of promotion at work, but it'd mean moving to the other office which is where my ex bf works. We'd been together two years and it was serious. We had a fairly amicable split (although I was heartbroken) no kids involved, we don't keep in touch although we only split two weeks ago. Chance are I could request to not be on his team if I did get the job and work would honour this if possible. A promotion would be amazing and make a big difference to my income and job satisfaction and don't want to lose out just because an ex is there. Would it be totally awkward though?
