Advice for mediation please

Ha another blazing row with ex last night over maintenance and access - set up a meadiation file this morning - has anyone got any advise?

This is all so exhausting- I thought after 18 months things would have settled!

If he is abusive in nature, you may well find that mediation is a wasted effort because he will not and may actively refuse to co-operate.

Have you as yet sought or had any recent legal advice?.

Am I wrong in thinking this is legal advise - how involved do they get for example - ex thinks he doesn't have to pay any maintenance - will they tell him he does? (He's been paying the CSA suggested amount up until now with no issues)
