Injunction hearing - any wisdom please?

I left an EA relationship 2 months ago when things started to get physical. Hearing regarding injunction is in a week's time. In your experience how do these things go and what do I need to do to prepare?

Is this a Hearing following an ex parte application which granted a non-molestation order pending a full hearing of the case?

Do you have a solicitor and do you have a dv worker who will accompany you on the day?
