I don't feel loved by DH - what do I do?

I don't feel loved by my DH. I haven't felt loved for a long time now. What should I do? I have spoken to him but he says he loves me a lot, but his actions don't suggests that at all.

What sort of actions?
You haven't written much so it's difficult to ascertain whether it's a case of the hum-drum of daily life leaving you both without time to communicate/ taking each other for granted or if he's treating you with contempt.
