Not a very helpful doctor at all Hmm Is that your regular GP or did you have to just take whoever was available?

Can you do something nice for yourself tonight - nice bubble bath, curl up on the settee and watch trashy TV or something good on Netflix, maybe get a takeaway?

If you have an Android phone or an Iphone, there's some apps on there for guided meditation and relaxation that might help. I use some by a guy called Glenn Harold, they are like self-hypnosis ones. I find them really relaxing and they help me get to sleep. Flowers

the doctor wouldn't even see me pocket it was a telephone consultation im just on running a hot bubble bath now and have borrowed the heroes boxset off my friend to watch so I know that even if I cant sleep tonight I have something to occupy my mind he came by earlier to collect a few bits and we were talking he said he has realised that he hasn't put any of us first and that he would like to give it a go us living apart bit I told him I need to work on myself and what I need right now
