Alcohol - please help

I need to stop. I've gone too far this time, got totally drunk for no reason and fell. Cut my chin open so it's still bleeding and hurt my arm really badly. OH had to come home from friends to rescue me. Please please help me get through the next 24 hours. I want more than anything to step

Maybe you should get some sleep first though. That sounds like a nasty accident whatever the cause.
