The Freedom Programme online - is it right for me?

Wondering whether to do it.

I'm in my fifities and have several failed long term relationships behind me. None of the men I've had relationships have been out and out abusive, though they have done some low level controlling.

I've spent the last 2 years on my own and now have a great social life and think well of myself.

Is the programme appropriate for me?

It certainly won't do you any harm to do the Freedom Programme online but, as none of your relationships have been overly abusive and you don't appear to lack self-esteem, this site may be more appropriate for you: www.baggagereclaim.co.uk/
