Please help me sort my head out

I have started being extremely jealous.
If women like my dps pictures on facebook I get this horrible feeling inside my stomach and get upset.

Or if women sit on the same table as my dp at the pub I just want to claw their eyes out.

I feel so anxious when dp goes to the pub, especially because there is a group of girls that go who throw themselves at the lads.

They pretend to lap dance some of the men and they get free drinks.
Dp doesn't get involved ( my friend us the barmaid) but it's the fact that they do this to married men that gets to me.

How do I sort my jealousy out?

Just writing that down has put a knot in my stomach.

So your DP isn't involved yet you have this reaction? Sounds very extreme. Do you trust him? What do you worry is going to happen?

Do you have anxiety in general?

Dp is sat at the same table where this is going on. I do trust him too.

Yes I have bad anxiety and the odd panic attack.

I have recently lost a baby and my nan is dying.
My head isnt in the best of places.

So sorry OP. I think maybe the issue with the pub is blowing up in your mind to distract from other things?

Are you under the care of your GP or a MH team at all? Can you give someone a ring tomorrow and talk things through? You're going through so much, and having bad anxiety on top must make it even harder.

I agree with PP that perhaps you're fixating on the pub thing in order to distract yourself from your grief and sorrow.

Can you call your GP tomorrow for an appointment?

Has your DP given you any reason not to trust him? Is this new?

I'm sorry for your loss. I had a mc earlier on this year and I will say it made me very clingy and insecure - I had no reason. I think I felt defective and inadequate.

Agree with pp that talking to gp and seeking counselling might be beneficial
