Harmony Programme... anyone done it?

I have made enquiries into the Freedom Programme in my area, today I spoke to a counsellor at a women's centre who recommended the Harmony Programme instead as I am already out of the abusive relationship.

I've never heard of it.... Even on mumsnet!!!

I've heard of the Harmony Project for young women.

You can do the Freedom Programme online too if you want

You can do the freedom programme whether in or out of a relationship.
