Another Cog fan here, she gave me some good advice and made me laugh in the process. Hope everything is ok with her.

Me too. She helped me enormously at a dreadful time in my life.

She gave me a buck-up when I'd just become a single parent, and was feeling pretty sorry for myself. I asked for the thread to be deleted because I was paranoid concerned that exp might read it, but I've often wished it was still there. It really helped me and meant such a lot to know other people cared

Whenever I saw her name on a thread I knew it would be worth reading. She was one of the first regulars I noticed when I came across MN, and I was amazed that people were giving such great advice on an anonymous forum. Hope all's well if you're reading this.

She might just be on holiday somewhere with no internet. Or has she has a falling out with anyone on here recently and NCed for a fresh start?

Hurrah where? Was she just on holiday how very dare she!! As others have said - totally gets the situation -- her insight, wisdom and challenge pulled me through a ridiculous situation this year - for which I am truly grateful.

I thought she was back today but then realised that her posts were 'old' and the thread had been updated by the OP after 2-3 months.
