What about something simple like...

I'm in the mood for some afternoon delights, what time will you be home?

When he tells you what time, tell him you might start without him and to hurry up.

Can't imagine he'll think about anything else for the rest of the day and will be home quicker than he's ever been before.

Can you jump him as soon as you get home? If so I'd say something like
"Can't wait for you to get home today. I'll give you a hand getting changed out of your work clothes ;-)"

If you need to put kids to bed, etc, I'd go with
"Looking forward to some "us time" once the kids are asleep tonight. If you know what I mean ;-)"
