Anyone else ever find out that they once shagged an international master criminal?

Admittedly a bit of a rubbish one... I was reading a discussion on my FB where someone had posted a link namechecking this bloke I shagged a few times about 20 years ago. Who has been a very naughty boy.
(His crimes are frauds/scamming BTW which is why I am more inclined to giggle in shock-horror than be really traumatized.)

Sadly, my first ex has become quite active in F4J.

No, but did see a guy I had dated a few times..(aged 17/18) ...... in interview on tv....promoting his book about his trans gender operation. This was 20 years later.

No but a bloke I went to secondary school with is now a multi millionaire city trader several times over and was recently in the papers due to his multi million pounds divorce. Well done, he's worked for the money and started out from such humble beginnings.

When I linked the story on facebook none of my old school friends who also would have known him commented. I linked it in a genuinely, 'sorry mate' kind of way. No comments whatsoever.

Not international, but I was very disturbed to see a brief ex on the front of the regional tabloid as a serious sex offender ...he was jailed indefinitely. Freaked me right out.

No but I did see an old mate on the 10 most wanted on crimewatch! bit of a shock...I didnt ring in tho as telling them the last place I saw him 15 yrs ago was I'm sure not the kind of info they were after

Not an international criminal but my first bf i had aged 15 was later in paper for burglary turns out has quite a severe drug problem this was about 5 years ago not seen him for about 8 years. Was really shocked as from a decent family always pretty quiet but got in with bad crowd in late teens.

Aged 21 dates for 6 months a guy who was very hot headed hes was just a complete arse looling back

Ashamed to say, My ex went to prison for forging money. He came out early 2014 after doing all of about 8 months, the twat.

The dc have nothing to do with him and I'm glad.

no but saw an article about one of my mums ex boyfriends being put away for money laundering. He was the one who helped her escape from my violent abusive father and gave us somewhere to stay

I'm shamed to say someone I once had a brief relationship with someone who was later locked up for violent rape (not to me). 25 years on this still makes my blood run cold and makes me resolve to make sure I do a better job with my daughter than my mum did with me on this front.

I dated the son of the boss of one of the biggest organised crime families in Australia. I had no idea until a police officer friend let me know.
I kept thinking I would wake up with a horse head in bed with me.

Someone I bought a car off shot and killed 2 women, couldn't believe it when I saw him on the news.

And I have woekn up with vile food poisoning which is probably an indication that the bugger's name carries a curse...

I was childhood friends with a girl who was killed in a horrid way when she was 17. My friend went to school with the girl who killed her.
