Nuvaring contraception - libido loss?

Has anyone else experienced a dramatic loss of libido connected to use of the Nuvaring contraceptive ring?

I've used hormonal contraception (the pill) before with no problems but lost my libido seemingly overnight trying the Nuvaring. I was working away from home at the time and going through a few other changes so it took a while before I put 2 and 2 together. I stopped using the ring after about 3 months, but that was over 6 moths ago and my libido has not really returned.

Has anyone been through anything similar?

I've used Nuvaring for about a year and had varying libido, but overall probably improved if anything as I was on the pill before. Are you sure nothing else has happened in your relationship which is more likely to have affected it?
