Is there such a thing as online or self directed marriage counselling?

I'm thinking of like a website that gives advice on relationships and maybe some steps for better communication , and exercises we can do together to improve our communication ?

You could go to 5lovelanguages.com and take the test to see how you communicate love. The theory is: there are 5 ways to show love. Words, touch, time, gifts, acts of service. We tend to favour 2 of them, and tend to show love in the way we want to receive it. So to make your partner feel loved you have to talk their language and vice versa. Is that the sort of thing you were after?

There's always the Alpha marriage course, it doesn't have to be done in a religious setting, and you can do it on your own. Think you can buy it from either amazon or the Alpha site.
