low libido (amongst other things)

My dp has never been able to ejaculate during sex, and cannot get an erection without manual stimulation. We conceived our daughter via cup and syringe. We have been together 9 years.

Since Christmas, he has been on a real downer. He thinks his penis is shrinking and his libido has dropped massively. He is having blood tests next week to check hormone levels and is having a scan on his testicles, kidneys and bladder the week after as he gets pain in his lower tummy/back.

I have everything crossed that it is merely a hormone problem that can be solved via injections. To help him and because (yes, selfishly), I want another baby. Anyway, is there a herbal remedy that can help boost libido/testosterone that anyone knows of? Also, has anyone else had similar problems in their relationship?

I think he should take advice from health professionals in the first instance. His condition sounds very unusual, very distressing and there may be a psychological as well as a physiological reason for his complete lack of sexual function. Realise you have good intentions but I think you'll be more use to him if you support the conventional treatment rather than putting your hopes in herbs at this stage.
