really need some help here..not sure what to do

Hi I posted on her a while ago trying to win my wife back...i have since discovered she has been cheating on me for a long time I confronted her about it and things are getting worse..her and her family have a history of mental problems and she is now accusing me of raping her...i am not that kind of person and anybody who knows me would strongly agree...i just don't know what to do I have 2 children and she is mentally unstable

See a solicitor ASAP. Obviously your marriage is over, you need to make sure you protect yourself and your children.

What do you mean by 'mentally unstable'?

She is flipping in and out of moods and honestly believes what she has done is not wrong..for some reason she is creating story's to make me out to be person...i am not this kind of person I'm a devoted father I have a small successful business I am ex military with a good record ..I just don't understand where these accusations have come from

See a solicitor, actually see two. One for divorce advice and one for advice regarding her rape allegation. Has she actually gone to the police or is she just telling people you did this?

Leave. Take the children and leave. If she's that unstable and making serious accusations, you probably shouldn't be in the same house with her, nor should the children.

i'd also go and speak to the police about her false accusations
