WHat freckle says is completely true - but above all honey you need to go see a solicitor and get this put down legally (could have him put down by your friendly gun man too!!)

As for the tax - that is not even taken into account when it comes to a divorce settlement apparently so that bill is his and his alone!!

Go and see a solicitor - say he has been phoning threatening you - I am sure Soupy has heard him do so (And I could have too is needs be!!) and he has been violent to you and DS in the past - show said SS report - that should be all you need to get an injunction.

Oh Fuck it - please just get one for peace of mind and to show him next time he threatens you - how can he be such a complete TOSSER!!!!!!!!!

Please change the locks. My dh doesn't have a key to his ex's house, and she certainly doesn't have a key to ours! What a horrible thought. Change the locks. If he tries to break in he will be breaking the law - call the police and they will deal with him in no uncertain terms. And the tax bill is all his. His name on it, his bill. Simple.
Sorry you are still having to put up with this crap. Time to get back to the solicitor and get the divorce underway, I think. And sorry about your ds too.
