I am new to this as my friend told me about this so I joined my problem is I am caught between my ex & my 10 year old daughter , he torments me 24/7 & I dont want to hurt my daughter in any way but can some1 advise me what I should do

No, you would be talking to them for advice. They deal with similar situations all the time. They would listen to you and help you. There is further info about the helpline here:
