I always seem to have this problem, I just feel like giving up. I have a new relationship and we both fancy eachother so thats not the problem. But, I have trouble 'letting go' and having an orgasm. I like to please my partner but I want to enjoy it too! My mind seems to race, I can't concentrate - I just can't do it! I feel like it is a trust issue as the last two guys have cheated on me. Im 48. Has anyone any tips or tricks? Is there anything homeiopathic I can try to get my libido back??

I'm genuinely asking for help.

New relationships often take time to get to the stage where it stops being awkward and starts being relaxing. If you're taking on the role of making sure he's enjoying himself he should be returning the favour of course. Nice guys you fancy aren't necessarily good lovers... As for homeopathic remedies my favourite starts with 'M' and finishes with 'artini'. :)

Tabby - you are aware homeopathy is bogus. wiki quite for you "Homeopathy is considered a pseudoscience.[2][3][4][5] It is not effective for any condition, and no remedy has been proven to be more effective than placebo.[6][7][8]"

Plenty of people find homeopathic remedies extremely effective and useful

My tip is to pick a person who is interested in giving you pleasure. And to tell them how to do that.

He is interested in giving me pleasure, it's me that can't let go and relax! I want to know how to relax and let it come - excuse the pun
