He just text saying are you going to let me see our daughter this year? For those of u who know of my past posts help what should I do now?

Do,what is right for your daughter. She is not the problem and must not be used in the relationship with OH. If he now wants to see her let him but it doesn't mean you have to see him too. Arrange for a non contact handover.
Just be courteous and maintain moral high ground if you text back.

You also need to review why you never know what to do. Even though in times of stress I do know that our brains don't seem to engage with reason. Good luck

I've had no contact for the last month & I'm doing so much better getting on with my life & being happy so was hoping he wouldn't contact me so soon. He has paddies & then stops seeing her for weeks on end he did it with our son 19 who now has no contact with him. He went 6 years without seeing him when he was 4 so don't want that again

Take your time. Don't feel rushed into responding straight away. This is an opportunity to set out what you want for your DD in writing so think carefully. If what you'd like to achieve is a regular contact schedule, propose one. If you want it to be supervised, say so. If it's something else, propose that.

This way you remain reasonable and constructive acting in the best interests of your DC. He gets to agree to be reasonable or gets nothing.

Pissed off now I relied to him about 2 hours later telling him yes of course he can see her every other weekend Saturday to Sunday he hasnt responded! Feel like he only text to see if I'd reply as I haven't had any contact with him & ignored his text about the bloody ladder! He's an arsehole grrr
