Is it ever a good idea?

Is it ever a good idea to contact the girlfriend of your psychopathic abusive ex?

I know she's out of the honeymoon phase, and in deep with the abuse phase...

does she need an ex to tell her it's not her, she's not crazy, it's him?
Has it ever helped anyone? Would it just make the sender look mental, obsessed, stuck in the past?

It would be be a message that warrants no reply, just to tell her that someone else has walked in her shoes and survived.

But does it ever work? Scared of possible repercussions (he is blocked from all forms of comms...phone/email/fb but knows where I live and has turned up in the past) but fighting the battle in my head or whether it's the right thing to do it not.

Please help.

I did it many years ago and it was pointless. I just ended up looking like a bitter ex. She will probably have people in her life that are looking out for her. There is no point in putting yourself at risk either.

In my experience it's best to leave people to get on with things and not get involved.

Anonymously meddling on the internet is fine though.
