What is the quickest way to feel better after a break up?
Quick background I had an on/ off relationship with a guy for about 4 years!
Tonight I finally ended it and I need to move on! I don't want to be sad! I don't want to be dysfunctional like drinking or sleeping with people coz I feel shit!
I want to feel positive! What's the best way?
The guy wasn't right for me but I do love him and it makes me feel shit that I wasted 4 years with someone that did not progress atall! More than anything it feels terrible that I will never talk to him ever again!
So anyway how to feel positive and not sad? Best tips needed!
