Co-habitation Agreement

Has anyone had a cohabitation agreement drawn up? What did you include in it and how much did it cost?

we drafted one ourselves but didn't sign it in the end. The reason for that was we both kept are own houses. However as we are selling both houses to buy another one we will have to revisit it.

What you want to put in depends whether you own property together, will be buying property together, or one is moving into the others property, there are plenty of guides if you google them

I had one. A solicitor should have a fairly generic one to build on. It stated that I (as the house owner) was to pay for all maintenance costs etc, and that any money paid to me (in terms of bill splitting etc) was not money that went into any share in the house, that should we split he was not entitled to any share of the house etc.

Can't remember what it cost but a few hundred I think?
