Ex left in the summer, 'I don't love you anymore'.......same old story. He had an emotional affair a few years prior to this, but stupidly forgave and struggled on a slow death until he left.

Now I found out today that he was also having another emotional affair since at least the spring (probably last autumn though) with a StopStalkingMe-look-alike who is currently his girlfriend!

Agh! I was moving forward so nicely, making a nice new life for myself and this news has set me back. Had a massive cry. All the while he was grieving for his dad, going through his illness....he was cheating on me AGAIN!

Sorry, I had to let that out and let someone know what an ass he is!

Sorry you're so down. It's that whole thing of 'fool me once, shame on you... fool me twice, shame on me' isn't it? It so often seems like the noble thing to try to forgive and you'll have compromised your values in the process, no doubt, but cheats don't really care about the efforts of others. They're all about themselves and that's all that matters. So insulting.

Do you have a nice picture of him you can attach to a dartboard?

It was like another slap in the face! I know I will never know all the weird and wonderful ways he disrespected and cheated on me, but to see it in full technicolour was just too real, again. FFS she looks like a combination of me and his mom! Freud would have a field day with him.

All pictures are packed away for the kids (so I don't have a bonfire with them!) but I did punch a pillow into submission.
