Last week someone warned of the perils of viewing a linked in profile. I said thanks at the time as the OW my twunt ex left me for has a profile. I showed my friend her picture (as you do) and said I couldn't go into it or it would show I had been checking out her profile. Anyway this morning my tablet whistled. I have a new connection. In the notifications it showed that ow had viewed my profile 4hrs ago! So thanks for the heads up. It has made my day anyway that I am obviously in her thoughts.
If anyone does remember my posts I am actually heading in the right direction. More good days than bad. No more tears. Still lots of anger.

Good for you. You are breaking the tie one thread at a time. I never believed everyone when they said it would get better/easier but it does, doesn't it? Even if it is one second at a time!

Frog - I'm glad to hear that you are having more good days than bad. Baby steps and you will get there.

I can't believe I am a year on, so many exhausting emotions through that time but now most are good.

Keep going lovely and who cares if she looked at your profile - she is worth none of your thoughts, let go of her and you will get 'there' sooner Thanks
