In my quest to move on and go nc with my ex I have blocked on Facebook. I have also set his number to reject on my galaxy S4 mini and in text messages I have added his number to spam. He is hardly trying to contact me anyway he has no reason too but I prefer it this way that he can't. Has anyone done this? Are you completely unaware if someone is trying to contact you. I ask this as an app I tried before told me that the person I tried to avoid had sent me a text!

I've done all this with an ex. I was completely unaware of his attempts at contact. However, he later informed me that despite me blocking him on my mobile, his texts were not rejected i.e. the red cross didn't come up to show him that his message hadn't been sent.

I think that there is some way of them messaging you on Facebook, even if you have blocked them. I heard someone talking about this the other day.

Thanks for the reply. I don't want him back . I don't think he will contact me. But I would rather not know and move forward x
