Here is the link. It is supposed to help with recovery from narcissistic abuse and I thought it sounded interesting.

Link takes you straight to payment part Hmm - you have to scroll upwards from there. There is also this free radio programme by the founder of the programme: www.blogtalkradio.com/empowered-love/2012/08/28/re-run-manifest-your-goal-quanta-freedom-healing

Just bumping my thread to see if anyone on mumsnet at the moment has come across this. Or any other type of recovery from a dysfunctional relationship programme.

There is the freedom programme which is I think designed by/for women's aid. You can find it free at onespace, a single parents site although it's not designed specifically around narcissists it does offer support for people who have come across all types of a users so narcissistic types of behaviour are in there. or there is melanietoniaevans.com which offers support and I think programmes specifically for people who have been victims of narcissistic abuse. I have been all over that website the last few days and so far everything seems to be free!
Wishing you all the best.

I can vouch for Melanie Tonia Evans, read a lot of her stuff a while back. She has been the victim of a narcissist and I find it easier to trust someone who has experienced it.

That said, I've stopped reading her emails - though not deregistered - because her methods can be quite woo and new agey. Mind, being a victim of a narc seriously messes with your head so perhaps it takes extreme measures to address the damage (which is largely trauma imo). She is genuine though and I think can be trusted.

Thank you very much. Am going to have a look at both programmes Smile.
