Does My DP Need To See A Doctor?

Myself and DP don't have sex very often, but the last few times when we have, he has found it nigh on impossible to climax through penetration, and has been finishing himself by hand.

I know this is a tricky subject and I have suggested he might want to see a doctor, physically he is fine, can maintain an erection etc. He is asthmatic and this is why I have been making him stop when he is clearly struggling to finish as it were. This is not a common problem, we have 2 DC! So I am wondering whether it is worth him paying a visit to his GP?

Does he masturbate a lot? He may simply be used to his hand. Quite common.

Does he want to see a GP? From the brief description, part of the problem will be that penetration doesn't provide the right level of sensation. Unfortunately, using his hand... a firmer grip.... won't improve sensitivity. If you don't have sex often, do you know if he masturbates a lot? The other side of the equation is how aroused he is before penetration. You might find it's better if you spend a lot, lot longer on foreplay, mutual masturbation etc and leave the 'PIV' until right at the last minute, if at all.

Also what position are you in, you mention his asthma. Perhaps if he did less work (you on top say) he would not find it such a problem? Just a thought
