My DH is working late tonight because he stayed up late every night this week to comfort a bereaved friend. So he's been a bit slower than usual at work.

I'm so proud of him for being such a good friend.

That's lovely Anorak

Cod you always make me smile

The truth is that even the worst men have their good points. Even mine . Otherwise we wouldn't be with them in the first place. And anyway if we have a problem we will post about that - no need to post the good stuff. And it's good to whinge sometimes.

My ears are burning

beckybrastraps · 21/09/2006 17:42

Well yes. But some of the bad points are REALLY bad!

codwiggle · 21/09/2006 17:43

Any future men of mine will have to have the MN seal of approval. Shall have to have a panel set up LOL.

I went to a good friend to have a moan about my DH once when he had done something that disappointed me. She said two things that really made an impact to me.

1 If we gave up on our primary relationships every time we were disappointed we would all be alone.

2 I have been a to**er myself plenty of times.

Just as long as they don't make a career out of it!

FoghornLeghorn · 21/09/2006 17:50

That is also true Anorak, I'm bloody sure i'm not the easiest person in the world to get along with at the minute.
It is never completed one sided here
