Hi. My DP and I separated last year. Part of the problem was that he wanted to move house as we have the neighbour from hell. The neighbour was abusive to my DP when my DP politely asked him to move his car, which was blocking our drive (the car had not moved in months and we had to do a 5 point turn every day to get out). I'm still living in the house and the neighbour is still there. I can only describe him as a vile bully. He has fallen out with all those living around him. Recently he threatened my exDP's life when he was round visiting the children. I called the police and they paid him a visit, where he denied the threats. Every time I go out now I have my phone set to camera record, just in case I need evidence of his threats. This week he called me an awful name. My exDP suffers from mental health issues and is frightened to come to the house now. The police say unless I have evidence of his behaviour, they can do nothing. Has anyone else suffered similar? I'm worried for my exDP as I now have to take the children to visit him as he is afraid to come round.
