Right person wrong time

Both of us are single but the timing isn't right. We both think we can see a future for us one day but not now.

Has anyone been in this situation? Did you end up together? Or is it just wishful thinking?

I'm getting divorced, have two children and it's too soon. He is a friend of my ex too and out children are friends. Complicated !
