I left my stbx over a year ago, police were involved and it's all logged. Since then I know he has been driving past where we live, we live in a road that isn't a through road, he has no reason to be driving past, he also does it on the days he has the children. Can I do anything about this or do I just have to ignore it? I am afraid of him and atm we are living with family, my concern is the day we are finally on our own:( any advice? Thank you:)

Take a photo if you can. Report what you have witnessed to the police, tell them you are feeling intimidated and let them decide how to handle it. Womens Aid 0808 2000 247 could be helpful if you get no joy from the police. Was there any kind of non-molestation order put in place at the time?

Nothing has been out in place. But that's it - i do feel intimidated and don't like the idea of being watched

Then report it to the 101 number and speak to whomever was involved in his arrest previously. Stalking behaviour is taken more seriously than in the past and they are able to take action..
