I hooked up with a guy last night who I have been with before and he took me out on a few dates a little while ago then once he got what he wanted he didn't bother with me...then last night we did the deed and he literally left straight after just got up and left.

I feel so used and degraded

Do I let him know or just cut him out? (Which I did do last time)

Drink in the face? just knows it's worse

I actually did that a few weeks ago because he was acting an arse - then blocked him on everything then saw him and he apologised and I fell for it

Either do the same to him, and establish a just sex relationship.

Or move on, cut out, and pursue dating somebody seriously.

Just let this be a lesson learned. Don't contact him. Ignore him if he contacts you. Don't get drunk to the point of reckless horniness. And always remember men will take you as far as you let them. You have to set your own boundaries.
