Have you considered pelvic floor weights to practice Kegal exercises with. It may help.

Well thank goodness for a Zombie thread. I didn’t even know such things as pelvic floor exercisers existed . I’ve tried doing it myself but it always felt ...... weird?So I’ve gone over to the Kegel website and treated myself to one of their lovely machines! Thank you to the 2014 PP

I went on the Kegel8.co.uk website. There’s a few options but you choose a couple of categories that apply to you, ie ‘leakage’ or ‘vaginal looseness’ etc, and then choose another one - can’t remember those sorry - then it recommends the right one for you.
BUT there’s 17%off at the moment with a code (WEARE17) so that makes a nice difference. Think I paid about £118 that’s including p&p. There’s an option to pay in 3 instalments but I couldn’t work out how to do that . Maybe sounds like a lot to fork out, but when you think of all the benefits I thought it was worth it.
