How often do you get grumpy/moody around your partner?

Or is this even normal?

I would say 95% of the time I get on very well with my DP however every now and then, particularly if I'm very tired or have PMT I get very grumpy and sometimes get quite sensitive to anything my partner says which leads to some sort of small argument. We don't shout at each other or anything, it just gets a bit whingey. I would say I get a bit grumpy like this on average once a week or more.

Are most relationships like this or am I just very bad tempered?

I don't think anyone realistically goes through life being sunny and bright 24/7. I find what helps is to announce up front in plain English that today has been a bitch of a day, I'm in a bad mood (or paraphrase), that I apologise in advance and please don't anyone give me anything tricky to think about or do until I've had chance to de-grump myself ... Friday was one of those days.

I'm a lot like u op, atm i'm very off with my 'dh' and for no apparent reason I just don't want to be around him or bother talking to him.
Luckily I'm going away with my mil next Monday so I can have a break from him and the house
