have a cry if you need to - it is very hard breaking up with someone. It sounds like the guy was getting you down (not read whole thread just first few posts) so in the long term you are likely to feel better, but it'll feel worse first. Give yourself some time and start planning a few nice things for yourself
if you really need to speak to someone samaritans are always at the end of a phone
have you got friends in RL maybe who you could fix up a night out with or they could come round one evening?

I spent the night with my BF so that helps and I'm seeing her tomorrow so I'll get through it I just feel pants
