You have had a big shock. It is understandable that you are struggling. Do you want to talk about it some more?

oopsadaisyme · 09/01/2014 23:11

I think I'm doing so well, me and the boys (i'm v lucky, they're both fab) - My Ds1 has actually said he love's it being just us) -

But then I get a text from my ex, saying I'll always be alone, I'm fat, useless, a 'baby killer' - and I'm trying so hard to ignore it all -

Yes, change my number etc, and I will, but I have lost everyone -

I don't have any family - lost everyone -

help

He is a nasty bully - you are seriously better off without him in your life.

MajesticWhine · 09/01/2014 23:21

And you are not useless - think of all the positive things you have achieved - holding it together for your kids in spite of everything. You are doing brilliantly.

Lost everyone in my life, but have two special boys, so going to shut up shop for now -

Is he seriously presenting himself as the better option, when that's how he talks to you?

You may have lost people who weren't worth having, but there are a whole load of people out there who will be your friends in the future.

Have you tried MN Local?

RhondaJean · 09/01/2014 23:24

Oops you are fine, you a not losing it, just post as you need.

Hissy · 09/01/2014 23:34

Lovey, I lost everything thing too. When my ex left, my family showed it's true colours.

It's just me and my boy now, and that's fine.

You will get through this. It will hurt for a bit, but then it will start to lift.

oopsadaisyme · 09/01/2014 23:40

Go to bed early then! Read a book, have a bath, do something nice, for you.

There will be tough times, but the get shorter and shorter and fewer and further between.

Keep going!
