Not that everyone puts on weight, I know. But for those of us that have...

ChocFudgeCake: 5 kilos / 11 lb

About 10, but then I have had 3 children and I am a lot older too.

PinkTulips · 24/07/2006 15:51

was 55kgs when i met dp, am 78kgs now..... but in my defense i am 8 months preganant

HappyDaddy · 24/07/2006 15:53

I've lost a bit but then I was overweight when we married.

DW lost about 7 lbs when she gave birth since the wedding.

ChocFudgeCake · 24/07/2006 15:56

PinkTulips, That doesn't count! You don't make me feel better.

I put 18 kilos with my second child

if it makes you feel better, the only time i weighed myself after having dd when she was about 9 months i was 65kgs, so i've put on double what you have pre-preg no.2 and i doubt i'll have lost after this one

Thanks! Much better. Well, I have not been able/willing to get rid of the remaining 5 kilos of the third pregnancy.

About 12lbs, that's after 17years/4 children. I'm now 41. I was a little underweight when I married (under 8 stone), but if i could lose about 5-6lbs now I'd be chuffed. I have a small frame which doesn't look good when it's too "padded", but unfortunately I'm just as fond of fish'n chips as I am of sushi and edamame beans

JonesTheSteam · 24/07/2006 16:07

Don't know in kilos, I'm afraid.

I'm about half a stone heavier now than when I got married.

Have been heavier than I am now, even before I got married - my weight has fluctuated quite a bit over the last ten years.

chipmonkey · 24/07/2006 16:15

2 stone heavier! But I did diet a lot before the wedding!
Am on weightwatchers now!

NomDePlume · 24/07/2006 16:15

When I MET DH I was 8st 6lbs (5ft 7in tall). Went up to about 9st 10lbs after DD was born. Was about 9st 6lbs when we got married, DD was 11 months old. Now I'm 10st, we've been married 3yrs on Weds.

I'd like to lose about 10lbs, if I'm honest, but I'll never get back down to 8st 6lbs again and look healthy (I was v healthy, curvy and toned at a pre-kids 8st 6lb, I must have a light skeleton).

MrsSpoon · 24/07/2006 16:19

I'm probably about half a stone to 10 lbs heavier, but it was 11 years ago.

flutterbee · 24/07/2006 16:22

I'm at least 3 stone heavier, but my brother and I are starting a healthy living plan together and shall be walking everyday. So I expect that by Xmas I shall weigh less than when we got married

I am not married yet but since getting together with DP I have put on 3 stone!!!!!!!!!!

Have had 2 kids.. youngest is 3months... still trying to shift that baby weight!

Pierre · 24/07/2006 16:34

I weigh the same now as I did at eighteen.

Looks good at eighteen, verges on scrawny as everything starts to saaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaag.

SaintGeorge · 24/07/2006 16:35

None except during 2 pregnancies.

He on the other hand has put on about a stone, all of which is stuck over what once pretended to be a six-pack.

expatinscotland · 24/07/2006 16:35

don't know. i don't own a scale. never have, either.

ChocFudgeCake · 24/07/2006 16:35

That would have been better, FioFio, to tell size before and after. I was 10/12, now 14.

OP posts:
Xavielli · 24/07/2006 16:37

8-10 .... 14-16

Well in that case I was a 14 then and a 12 now, despite being heavier now.

ChocFudgeCake · 24/07/2006 16:44
