Do he still have to pay maintenance even though he's not allowed to see the dc?

The title says it all really. X is not allowed to see the dc but does he still have to pay towards their upkeep?

I presume it has been court ordered that he is not allowed to see them?
He still has to pay child support whether he sees them or not. Whether he actually does is another matter.

Ss have said he isn't allowed any contact and I agree with them.
